Although at After we always say that we go against definitions, if something defines us, it’s that we foster internal talent: we are a breeding ground. Recently, After’s management team has decided to promote Sara Castrillo to Head of Art. This professional joined the company in March 2023 as an art supervisor for the agency’s most important accounts, and her promotion comes just a year after her joining.

Sara Castrillo, with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universitat Ramon Llull and a master’s degree in Art Direction, has over 10 years of experience in the industry, working for clients such as Campari, Naturgy, Coca-Cola, LEVEL, Aldi, or Nestlé. Sara, associated with Más Mujeres Creativas, will be part of the jury for the Premis Impacte awards this year, awarded by the Col·legi del Màrqueting i la Comunicació de Catalunya.

In Sara’s words: “I’m thrilled to be able to respond to the trust After has placed in me from this new role. It’s a leap I’m delighted to make.”

At After, we value talent and are completely faithful to this premise: throughout 2023, we welcomed 18 new members to the agency and promoted 8 profiles, including Toni Tugores, Creative Managing Director; and Èlia de Lama, Creative Director. From the company, we trust in the professionals who work within the house, and in 2024, we will continue on the same path, as people are one of the fundamental pillars of our strategy, alongside processes and product.

According to Alexis Ferran, CEO at After: “The commitment to talent is non-negotiable at After, as it is the main factor of satisfaction for our clients and the achievement of the sustainable growth set out in our Strategic Plan 2024-26.”
