Well sell your house with HOUSFY
Housfy needed to make a new communication campaign less focused on the competition and more focused on explaining the benefits of real estate, but without losing the notoriety of previous campaigns.
This time, to communicate the benefits of Housfy, we decided to focus the campaign on representing what it feels like to make a bad decision. Realizing that you have sold your house badly gives a lot of anger.
Therefore, we decided to dispense with the iconic dinosaur giving way to other characters, just as original, to show that sense of anger but keeping the touch of humor of the previous spots. In this way we created the creative concept “Well sell your house with Housfy” and adapted it, in 2 more spots, for the other services offered by the real estate agency “Well rent” and “Well choose” your mortgage.
